TO FOLLOW A BALANCED DIET




A healthy and balanced diet consists of eating the right foods and adequate to obtain the necessary energy that helps us to grow, develop and maintain all body organs satisfactorily quantities.
 

The food pyramid graphically represents the main and most important food we should eat to maintain a balanced, and healthy eating.
 

junk or fast food is commonly known for its easy collection and its preparation
Junk food tends to be high in fat, calories which contributes mainly in a high amount of sugar and salt.
In addition, its use is often associated with dietary factors thak can lead to health problems such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

on the other hand there are mylths related to obesity and heart diseases. However, "we must remember that our body needs to maintain fat levels that are necessary to live fully.

Myth 1: is the fat anhealthy?

False, fat plays an important role in our body, as energy

Myth 2: Do fats cause skin problems?

Not quite because there are several factors that should influence the development of skin problems, among which may be stress, anxiety, etc.

Myth 3: Does eating fat-free food is enough to solve the overweight?

False, physical activity is essential to avoid obesity and overweight, because it helps to burn the calories we consume in our food.

Myth 4: does Low-fat food mean low in calories?

False, because the low-fat food can be equally or even more calories than a normal product
 

In conclusion The professional nutrition help and physical activities are vital to prevent weight , increased cholesterol and increased risk of cardiovascular disease. We must have a balanced meal plan, which dominates the consumption of vegetable fat, fruit and vegetables to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
